释义	法律分析：建设工程安全事故处理原则：是按“四不放过”的原则，即：事故原因未查清的不放过、事故隐患未排除的不放过、责任人及群众未受教育的不放过；相关责任人未受到处罚的不放过。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百三十七条建设单位、设计单位、施工单位、工程监理单位违反国家规定，降低工程质量标准，造成重大安全事故的，对直接责任人员，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金；后果特别严重的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
