问题	合同撤销前的效力如何
释义	法律分析：合同撤销将发生两方面效力，一是合同自始无效，当事人无需履行合同；二是当事人因合同取得的财产，应当予以返还，不能返还或没有必要返还的，应当折价补偿，有过错的一方还应当赔偿对方所受到的损失。但不影响合同中独立存在的有关解决争议方法的条款的效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零七条合同不生效、无效、被撤销或者终止的，不影响合同中有关解决争议方法的条款的效力。第五百零八条本编对合同的效力没有规定的，适用本法第一编第六章的有关规定。
