释义	合意抵销又称为约定抵销、意定抵销、契约上抵销，是指依照双方当事人的意思表示一致而抵销双方所负的债务。合意抵销是当事人意思自治的体现。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十九条有下列情形之一的，债务人可以向受让人主张抵销：（一）债务人接到债权转让通知时，债务人对让与人享有债权，且债务人的债权先于转让的债权到期或者同时到期；（二）债务人的债权与转让的债权是基于同一合同产生。
