释义	法律分析：买到的二手房是凶宅是可以退房的。如果购房时买房者有意隐瞒该情况，买房者是可以要求退房的。房屋内发生过“意外”事件后，对于这套房屋已经构成了重大事项或者说重大瑕疵，业主隐瞒交易，有违诚实守信原则，所以买房者可以要求退房。所谓凶宅，是指房屋内发生了人死于非命的情况，如：自杀、他杀，旧时指不吉利的或闹鬼的房舍。法律依据：《民法典》第七条，民事主体从事民事活动，应当遵循诚信原则，秉持诚实，恪守承诺。
