释义	法律分析：判决书生效时间是不是以法院判决时间为准，而是以法院将判决书送达给双方当事人的时间计算。如果在15天之内没有上诉，判决书就生效了。如果律师代收当事人的那一份判决书，无论律师什么时间送给当事人，无论是否送给当事人，都以律师收到判决书的时间起算。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民事诉讼法〉的解释》第二百四十四条可以上诉的判决书、裁定书不能同时送达双方当事人的，上诉期从各自收到判决书、裁定书之日计算。
