释义	法律分析: 债权人要转让其债权的，可以与受让人签订相应的转让协议，并且需要及时通知债务人，一般债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。按照规定债权转让的，其从权利也一并转让，并且债务人可以向受让人主张对让与人的抗辩。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
