释义	法律分析：文字作品是受著作权法保护的，文字作品的作者依法享有著作权。凡作者、享有著作权的公民、法人等可申请文字作品版权登记，申请人可以直接到中国版权保护中心办理，或通过代理机构代为办理。可以到作者的身份证所在地辖区省版权局进行作品版权登记，取得文字版权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国著作权法》第十一条著作权属于作者，本法另有规定的除外。创作作品的自然人是作者。由法人或者非法人组织主持，代表法人或者非法人组织意志创作，并由法人或者非法人组织承担责任的作品，法人或者非法人组织视为作者。
