一、离异后前夫的孩子有继承权吗
1、离异后前夫的孩子有继承权，如果父母一方去世后，没有留下遗嘱继承的，孩子为第一顺位法定继承人，同一顺序继承人继承遗产的份额，一般应当均等。对生活有特殊困难又缺乏劳动能力的继承人，分配遗产时，应当予以照顾。
2、法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十七条的规定，遗产按照下列顺序继承：
(一)第一顺序：配偶、子女、父母；
(二)第二顺序：兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母。
继承开始后，由第一顺序继承人继承，第二顺序继承人不继承；没有第一顺序继承人继承的，由第二顺序继承人继承。
第一千一百三十条的规定，同一顺序继承人继承遗产的份额，一般应当均等。
对生活有特殊困难又缺乏劳动能力的继承人，分配遗产时，应当予以照顾。
对被继承人尽了主要扶养义务或者与被继承人共同生活的继承人，分配遗产时，可以多分。
有扶养能力和有扶养条件的继承人，不尽扶养义务的，分配遗产时，应当不分或者少分。
继承人协商同意的，也可以不均等。
二、去世子女的遗产父母有继承权吗
子女去世后老人是否可以继承子女的遗产，要看具体情况来定。如果子女有遗嘱指定继承人，就需要依照遗嘱执行继承，这种情况下只要遗嘱没有指定父母继承，父母是没有继承权和继承份额的。如果在子女死亡之后，父母也死亡。那么子女无遗嘱指定继承人前提，父母有继承权和继承份额，父母死亡后，他的继承份额可以作为遗产，办理转继承手续。如果父母是先于子女死亡的，那么这种情况下父母就没有继承子女遗产的继承权。当然在实践中还要考虑死者配偶的财产权利，要先析产才能再继承。对于尽了主要照顾义务的，可以适当多分一些财产。
