民政局离婚与法院离婚的区别
释义
法律主观：
有区别。在法院离婚是诉讼离婚，通常是 协议离婚不成 的情况下，双方对于是否离婚、 财产如何分配 等无法达成一致意见，所以一方诉至法院，请求法官依法对这些事项进行分配。而 民政局离婚 是协议离婚，也称登记离婚。双方对于财产分割或子女抚养等问题达成一致，一起去民政局登记离婚。
法律客观：
《民法典》 第一千零七十六条夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。
