释义	法律分析: 保修期是指出卖人向买受人卖出商品时承诺的对该商品因质量问题而出现故障时提供免费维修及保养的时间段，即免费维修期限。法律依据: 《建设工程质量管理条例》第四十条建设工程的最低保修期限，国家质检总局颁布的产品三包规定中也对部分产品的最低保修期做出了规定。在买卖合同中，一般以检验期届满时间作为保修期的起算时间，以实现检验期与保修期的无缝衔接。保修期的终止时间取决于合同约定，只是在法律规定了最低保修期时，约定的保修期不能短于法定的最低保修期。
