释义	法律分析：辞职的程序是，提前30天以书面形式向用人单位递交辞职的通知，不需要征得用人单位的同意。继续上班满30天，次日就可以向用人单位提出办理辞职的手续，用人单位应该予以办理，同时一次性付清工资，出具辞职证明，否则用人单位就是违法。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
