释义	法律分析: 债权人指在债的关系中，有要求他的债务人实施一定行为或者不实施一定行为的权利的人。债务人，通常指根据法律或合同﹑契约的规定，在借债关系中对债权人负有偿还义务的人。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百一十七条债权人为二人以上，标的可分，按照份额各自享有债权的，为按份债权；债务人为二人以上，标的可分，按照份额各自负担债务的，为按份债务。按份债权人或者按份债务人的份额难以确定的，视为份额相同。
