释义	法律分析：按照约定的时间退还。没有约定的情况下，一般是在解除租赁合同的当天退还押金。一般情形下，房东应于租赁关系消除且租客清空、点清并付清所有应付费用后的当天将租房押金全额无息退还租客。如果在退租时，承租人造成租赁物损坏，应当承担赔偿责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百一十四条承租人应当妥善保管租赁物，因保管不善造成租赁物毁损、灭失的，应当承担赔偿责任。第七百三十三条租赁期限届满，承租人应当返还租赁物。返还的租赁物应当符合按照约定或者根据租赁物的性质使用后的状态。
