释义	法律分析: 不可以补办。当事人住院发票，是当事人住院治疗，医疗机构收取费用时开具的收费凭证。住院发票由财政部门与卫生部门统一制定，省级以上财政部门监制，一票一用，即使作废也必须各联俱在，具有唯一性。因此，丢失了的发票，是不可以补办的，但可以复印，经医疗机构加盖印章，可以作为证据使用。法律依据: 《医疗收费票据使用管理办法》第四条医疗收费票据是会计核算的原始凭证，是财政、卫生、社保、审计、监察等部门进行监督检查的依据。医疗收费票据是按照国家有关规定申请医疗费用报销的有效凭证。
