释义	法律分析：我国法律虽然没有直接规定他人可以代收欠款，但是也没有禁止，也就是说，债权债务关系成立，但债权人没有条件行使权利的时候，可以找人代收欠款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十一条民事主体可以通过代理人实施民事法律行为。依照法律规定、当事人约定或者民事法律行为的性质，应当由本人亲自实施的民事法律行为，不得代理。
