释义	报检人对检验检疫机构作出的检验结果有异议的，可以向作出检验结果的检验检疫机构或者其上级检验检疫机构申请复验，也可以向国家质检总局申请复验。受理复验的检验检疫机构或者国家质检总局负责组织实施复验；检验检疫机构或者国家质检总局对同一检验结果只进行一次复验。【法律依据】《进出口商品复验办法》第十六条，复验申请人对复验结论不服的，可以依法申请行政复议或者依法提起行政诉讼。
