释义	法律分析：不一定。夫妻户口不在一起,办理准生证可以在男方户口所在地办理,也可在女方户口所在地办理,一般在居住一方办理。只要办理了准生证,上户口可以随父也可以随母,随父随母,由夫妻商量一致决定,与在哪方办理准生证没有关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第七条婴儿出生后一个月以内，由户主、亲属、抚养人或者邻居向婴儿常住地户口登记机关申报出生登记。弃婴，由收养人或者育婴机关向户口登记机关申报出生登记。
