释义	隐名股东是否有权转让股权当然有权利转让。隐名股东是指为了规避法律或出于其他原因，借用他人名义设立公司或者以他人名义出资，但在公司的章程、股东名册和工商登记中却记载为他人的出资人。《公司法解释(三)》将隐名股东称为实际投资人，将名义出资人称为名义股东。根据《公司法解释(三)》第二十五条的规定，名义股东处分其名下股权的可以参照认定为无权处分。换言之，隐名股东(实际投资人)是真正有权处分股权的人，其有权转让股权。
