释义	法律分析：已经构成欺诈。构成欺诈，应符合以下条件：一是须有欺诈人的欺诈行为；二是欺诈人须有欺诈的故意；三是须消费者因相对人的欺诈而陷于错误；四是须消费者因陷于错误而做出购买的表示。因此，经营者利用他人假扮消费者，通过告知虚假信息的方式对消费者进行诱导也构成欺诈消费者的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第四十九条经营者提供商品或者服务有欺诈行为的，应当按照消费者的要求增加赔偿其受到的损失，增加赔偿的金额为消费者购买商品的价款或者接受服务的费用的一倍。
