释义	法律分析：会收回，你房子有抵押的时候你手上有房产证,银行有抵押的他项权证。等你还完后,拿着房产证,他项权证,结清证明去房管局解押,房管局会收走他项权证和结清证明。并在你的房产证上盖章,解除抵押。在银行贷款没有还清以前，房子的产权证都会在银行抵押。法律依据：《个人住房贷款管理办法》第二十条抵押合同自抵押物登记之日起生效，至借款人还清全部贷款本息时终止。抵押合同终止后，当事人应按合同的约定，解除设定的抵押权。以房地产作为抵押物的，解除抵押权时，应到原登记部门办理抵押注销登记手续。
