驾驶证10年期满了再换就是几年的？

法律分析：
驾驶证十年到期，如果在有效期限10年内无满分记录的，可以换领长期有效证件，那么一直可以用到60岁，等60岁以后需要每年检验，并提交体检证明。按照规定可以驾驶证有效期满前90天向发证地车管所提出申请。
法律依据：
《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》 第五十六条 机动车驾驶人在机动车驾驶证的六年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满12分的，换发十年有效期的机动车驾驶证;在机动车驾驶证的十年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满12分的，换发长期有效的机动车驾驶证。
