释义	法律分析: 口头离职一般无效，公司同意的话也可以离职成功，解除劳动合同当日应该结清工资。辞职需提前30天书面通知单位，试用期提前3天书面通知单位；30天时间到了，无论单位同意或者不同意，劳动者都可以离职。工资是按月发放，按照合同约定日期发放的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
