释义	电动车被交警扣了不处理可以的，不过这样会丧失电动车的所有权，由交警部门对其依法处理，不过不交罚款不会影响以后考驾照。法律依据: 《道路交通安全违法行为处理程序规定》第四十四条检验、鉴定结论确定之日起五日内，公安机关交通管理部门应当通知当事人领取扣留的事故车辆、机动车行驶证以及扣押的物品。对驾驶人逃逸的无主车辆或者经通知当事人三十日后仍不领取的车辆，经公告三个月仍不来接受处理的，对扣留的车辆依法处理。不去处理被扣押的电动车。将由公安机关对其依法处理。
