释义	法律分析：可以在原定目的港附近的安全港口卸货。根据我国法律规定，不可抗力导致船舶不能在原定目的港卸货的，除非合同另有约定，船长有权在原定目的港附近的安全港口卸货，即视为已经履行海上货物运输合同，不构成违约。但承运人应当及时通知托运人或收货人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百三十六条托运人或者收货人不支付运费、保管费或者其他费用的，承运人对相应的运输货物享有留置权，但是当事人另有约定的除外。
