释义	法律分析：变造货币罪既遂量刑标准的规定：数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；数额巨大的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。变造货币罪，是指对真币采用挖补、剪贴、揭层、拼凑、涂改等方法进行加工处理，改变货币的真实形状、图案、面值或张数，改变票面面额或者增加票张数量，数额较大的行为。法律依据：《刑法》第一百七十三条变造货币，数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处一万元以上十万元以下罚金；数额巨大的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处二万元以上二十万元以下罚金。
