释义	法律分析：房屋租赁合同到期后，续租要不要签订合同，由双方共同协商确定。如果不重新签订合同的，原租赁合同续约生效，变为不定期租赁。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零四条租赁合同的内容一般包括租赁物的名称、数量、用途、租赁期限、租金及其支付期限和方式、租赁物维修等条款。第七百三十四条租赁期限届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有提出异议的，原租赁合同继续有效，但是租赁期限为不定期。租赁期限届满，房屋承租人享有以同等条件优先承租的权利。
