释义	非法拘禁罪，是指以拘押、禁闭或者其他强制方法，非法剥夺他人人身自由的行为。非法拘禁罪侵犯的客体是他人的身体自由权，所谓身体自由权，是指以身体的动静举止不受非法干预为内容的人格权，亦即在法律范围内按照自己的意志决定自己身体行动的自由权利。公民的身体自由，是公民正常工作、生产、生活和学习的保证，失去身体自由，就失去了从事一切正常活动的可能。
