释义
法律分析：
1、当事人若有规避我国法律的行为，则不适用于外国法律的相关规定2、该证据（文本、音像资料、证人证言、物证书证等）在法律上对当事人没有约束力，也不能被法庭采信。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百九十七条 诉讼时效的期间、计算方法以及中止、中断的事由由法律规定，当事人约定无效。当事人对诉讼时效利益的预先放弃无效。
