释义	法律分析：通常情况下农村房屋的交易是不受法律保护的，其原因农村房屋宅基地的土地使用性质是集体使用权，其有权使用的对象是特定的即必须是本集体经济组织成员；在极个别情况下，农村房屋交易是被允许的，即要求农村房屋出售或买卖对象在特定范围的，必须是本村农业户口的人员之间的买卖行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国土地管理法》第九条城市市区的土地属于国家所有。农村和城市郊区的土地，除由法律规定属于国家所有的以外，属于农民集体所有；宅基地和自留地、自留山，属于农民集体所有。
