释义	合同签订时信赖利益的保护原则是指一方基于对另一方将与其订约的合理信赖所产生的利益。传统民法对信赖利益有所保护，主要体现在善意取得制度上。缔约过失责任，先合同义务和后合同义务都是信赖利益保护的产物。信赖利益保护还被视为公法的一项基本原则。《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百条当事人在订立合同过程中有下列情形之一，造成对方损失的，应当承担赔偿责任：（一）假借订立合同，恶意进行磋商；（二）故意隐瞒与订立合同有关的重要事实或者提供虚假情况；（三）有其他违背诚信原则的行为。
