法律上的周岁怎么计算？？法律上的周岁从周岁生日的第二天起算。根据《最高人民法院关于审理未成年人刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》的相关规定：第二条刑法第十七条规定的“周岁”，按照公历的年、月、日计算，从周岁生日的第二天起算。例如：小A于2017年5月20日出生，那么2019年5月20日这一天则为小A一周岁的最后一天，小A的两周岁从2019年5月21日这一天开始计算。这样说理解吗？
