释义	撤销、合并工会组织必须严格按照法定程序，任何组织和个人不得随意撤销、合并工会组织《工会法》第十二条规定：“任何组织和个人不得随意撤销、合并工会组织。基层工会所在的企业终止或者所在的事业单位、机关被撤销，该工会组织相应撤销，并报告上一级工会。依前款规定被撤销的工会，其会员的会籍可以继续保留，具体管理办法由中华全国总工会会制定。”
