释义	子公司解散工会经费怎么处理集团下属子公司、分公司如属独立法人单位，并在税务单独纳税，职工工资单独发放的，工会经费直接向所属地税机关申报缴纳，不再由集团转交；如不属独立法人单位，只是单独核算的子公司、分公司，工会经费仍上交给集团，由集团汇总后按规定比例向当地地税机关申报缴纳，并将子公司、分公司的名单和经费数额上交上级主管工会。公司解散时，公司工会组织也会相应撤消。其公司工会资产包括工会经费工会组织合并，其经费资产归合并后的工会所有；工会组织撤销或者解散，其经费资产由上级工会处置。
