释义	法律分析：公司法定代表人或厂名的变更或取得不影响劳动合同，劳动合同的连续计算不能要求公司支付经济补偿金。劳动合同在新公司连续计算，在新公司劳动合同中注明原公司工作年限，新公司予以认可。如果与员工的劳动关系在公司被收购后终止，此时员工可以向公司索赔。经济补偿金按照每满一年支付一个月工资的标准支付给劳动者。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十三条用人单位变更名称、法定代表人、主要负责人或者出资人，不影响劳动合同的履行。
