爷爷去世丧假应该是几天？
释义
爷爷去世一般没有丧假。在单位请丧假是每个职工应该享有的权利，只要符合了国家法律规定的条件，用人单位就应该允许职工请丧假。
1、直系亲属包括父母、配偶和子女。
2、在具体执行过程中，岳父母或者公婆过世，也列入可享受丧假的范围。
对于超出这一范围的亲属，企业有自行解释权。
法律依据：
《关于国营企业职工请婚丧假和路程假问题的通知》 第一条 职工本人结婚或职工的直系亲属（父母、配偶和子女）死亡时，可以根据具体情况，由本单位行政领导批准，酌情给予一至三天的婚丧假。
