公安交通管理行政强制措施凭证怎么处理 |

交通管理部门向违法人员出具行政强制措施凭证后，对管理部门要让当事人在强制措施凭证是签名，并且需要告知其享有的权利，同时还要通知当事人执行强制措施的期限。公安交通管理给送达了行政强制措施凭证，自己不去处理，交通部门可以强制执行的。行政强制，是指行政机关为了预防或制止正在发生或可能发生的违法行为、危险状态以及不利后果，或者为了保全证据、确保案件查处工作的顺利进行而对相对人的人身以及财产予以强行强制的一种具体行政行为。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国行政强制法》 第二条 本法所称行政强制，包括行政强制措施和行政强制执行。行政强制措施，是指行政机关在行政管理过程中，为制止违法行为、防止证据损毁、避免危害发生、控制危险扩大等情形，依法对公民的人身自由实施暂时性限制，或者对公民、法人或者其他组织的财物实施暂时性控制的行为。行政强制执行，是指行政机关或者行政机关申请人民法院，对不履行行政决定的公民、法人或者其他组织，依法强制履行义务的行为。
