释义	两年义务兵期间没有任何的假期。周末的时候可以外出，但是只有半天时间,而且要按时归队。除非直系亲属病危或者病故才能请10天事假，军事行动前不可能准假。义务兵服现役期满，根据军队需要和本人自愿，经批准可以选改为军士。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国兵役法》第二十五条，现役士兵包括义务兵役制士兵和志愿兵役制士兵，义务兵役制士兵称义务兵，志愿兵役制士兵称军士。
