释义	法律分析：劳动者按规定辞职，并不需要用人单位的批准。如果劳动者已经提前30天向单位发出了单方面解除劳动合同的通知，即使单位领导不批准签字，也可以在30天以后离开原单位，单位不依法履行相关手续的话，可以提起劳动争议仲裁，也可以到劳动监察大队投诉，要求单位履行法定义务。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
