释义	法律分析： 1、自然死亡，婚姻关系的主体之一已不复存在，必定引起夫妻关系的消灭，并且发生遗产继承等法律后果。2、宣告死亡，宣告失踪人死亡的判决宣告之日，为被宣告死亡人死亡的日期。被宣告死亡人与其配偶的婚姻关系，自宣告死亡之日起消灭。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五十一条被宣告死亡的人的婚姻关系，自死亡宣告之日起消除。死亡宣告被撤销的，婚姻关系自撤销死亡宣告之日起自行恢复。但是，其配偶再婚或者向婚姻登记机关书面声明不愿意恢复的除外。
