释义	法律分析: 新型冠状病毒疫情防控期间企业停工停产的，在一个工资支付周期内的，企业应按劳动合同约定的标准支付职工工资。超过一个工资支付周期的，若职工提供了正常劳动，企业支付给职工的工资按照双方新约定的标准支付，但不得低于当地最低工资标准。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十条用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。用人单位拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬的，劳动者可以依法向当地人民法院申请支付令，人民法院应当依法发出支付令。
