释义	法律分析：发生交通事故后，当事人在不知情的情况下，离开了现场，不构成交通事故逃逸行为，但是仍然要承担相应的责任。违反道路交通安全法律、法规的规定，发生重大交通事故，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任，并由公安机关交通管理部门吊销机动车驾驶证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第七十一条 车辆发生交通事故后逃逸的，事故现场目击人员和其他知情人员应当向公安机关交通管理部门或者交通警察举报。举报属实的，公安机关交通管理部门应当给予奖励。
