释义	法律分析: 劳动者在试用期内被证明不符合用人单位录用条件的，用人单位可以单方面解除劳动合同。但是用人单位不能随意解除，必须要提供证据材料，证明劳动者确实不符合用人单位的录用条件，如果产生纠纷需要仲裁或者诉讼，用人单位负有举证责任。否则可能构成非法解除劳动合同，需支付经济补偿金等费用。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十九条劳动者在试用期间被证明不符合录用条件的，用人单位可以解除劳动合同。
