释义	法律主观： 2007年出台的《职工带薪年休假条例》规定，年休假在1年度内可以集中安排，也可分段安排。如果单位因生产、工作特点确有必要跨年度安排职工年休假的，可以跨1个年度安排。而根据目前大多数单位职工修不满年休假，又不能跨年度休假的情况，条例还规定，职工应休未休的年假，单位需按照日工资的三倍支付年休假工资报酬。
