释义	按规定，病假一天扣工资数额=月薪÷21.75X40%，其中40%为最大扣款比例，一般公司扣款比例低于40%，且部分公司设有一定天数的带薪病假。在扣除病假工资时，不得使员工的工资在扣除后低于当地的最低工资标准的百分之八十。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。第五十一条劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
