问题	夫妻离婚协议能对抗债权人吗
释义	夫妻离婚协议不能对抗善意的债权人。夫妻双方在离婚协议上对债务的分割只能在夫妻双方之间产生法律效力,而不能以此来对抗债权人,不具有对外法律效力。债权人仍可以以夫妻双方为共同被告来主张自己的债权。法律依据《民法典》第一千零七十六条，夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。
