夫妻离婚逃避债务怎么办？

法律分析：
我国的民法典规定，通常情况下，如果夫妻为了逃避债务而假离婚的话，那么法院在审理案件的过程中一般不会否定离婚协议中涉及财产处理条款。如果该债务属于夫妻共同债务的，不管夫妻双方是否离婚，那么夫妻双方都有偿还义务。所以，在审理的时候只要把该夫妻列为共同被告，判双方一起偿还债务。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零八十九条 离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿；协议不成的，由人民法院判决。
