释义	法律分析：根据我国有关法律规定，赡养老人应当对老人在经济上，生活上和精神上给予照顾，悉心的照顾老年人的特殊需要。子女不能以自己没有经济收入为理由拒绝对老人的赡养义务。老人有多个子女的，每个子女承担赡养老人的义务可以根据子女实际生活条件进行协商。但是不能以老人对子女的疼爱程度或者资助程度来衡量自己的赡养义务大小。法律依据：《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》第十三条老年人养老以居家为基础，家庭成员应当尊重、关心和照料老年人。
