释义	法律分析：公民使用假暂住证，不存在“不知情”情节。公民使用假暂住证，没有造成其他违法后果的，按照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第五十二条第二款规定进行处罚。各省、自治区、直辖市有规定的，按照其规定执行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第五十二条有下列行为之一的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处一千元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款：(二)买卖或者使用伪造、变造的国家机关、人民团体、企业、事业单位或者其他组织的公文、证件、证明文件的。
