释义	法律分析：企业无故不缴纳基本养老保险费的，由社会保险机构责令其限期缴纳；逾期不缴的，除按规定征收基本养老保险费和利息外，每逾期一日，加收2％的滞纳金。仍拒不缴纳的，由社会保险机构申请人民法院强制执行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第一百条用人单位无故不缴纳社会保险费的，由劳动行政部门责令其限期缴纳；逾期不缴的，可以加收滞纳金。《社会保险费征缴暂行条例》第二十六条缴费单位逾期拒不缴纳社会保险费、滞纳金的，由劳动保障行政部门或者税务机关申请人民法院依法强制征缴。
