上家公司社保未转出,下家公司可以交吗？
释义
如果两家单位缴纳社保的地区是同一个地区，需要在原公司将员工停保，之后在另一家公司参保。同时员工需要在原单位办理离职，在新单位办理入职手续。
如果两家单位不在同一个地区，那么是需要为员工办理离职，并办理社保转出，之后在另外一家单位办理入职办理社保登记，之后进行社保转移才可以。
法律依据：《社会保险法》第十九条 个人跨统筹地区就业的，其基本养老保险关系随本人转移，缴费年限累计计算。个人达到法定退休年龄时，基本养老金分段计算、统一支付。具体办法由国务院规定。
